This puppy, to the best knowledge of the seller, is in good health at the time of sale. Any known defects are noted at the end of this document. Until the buyer has had possession of the puppy for 72 hours, the seller will warranty for parvo and distemper. Until the puppy reaches one year of age, the seller will warranty for a death caused by a congenital disease. This constitutes the complete warranty between the seller and the buyer and no other representations or promises apply either stated or implied.

In order for compensation to be made, the buyer must provide the seller with a written veterinarian certification verifying the disease (and, if applicable, death) of the puppy. Compensation is limited to refund of the purchase price of the puppy. With respect to the warranty for contagious diseases, the purchase price will be refunded only if the puppy is returned to the seller. The warranty for death due to a congenital disease shall be void if the puppy is euthanized with out the consent of the seller.

In order to activate these warranties, the buyer shall take the puppy to a veterinarian with in 48 hours of purchase for a wellness exam. A copy of the receipt and/or statement of the results of the exam must be returned to the seller with in 14 days from the date of purchase of the puppy.

The warranty does not cover adverse reaction to vaccines, medications, hypoglycemia, or any complications resulting from surgery, moreover, the seller is not responsible for any veterinarian fees incurred by the puppy.

The puppy is sold by the seller to the buyer for use as a pet, and the seller provides no warranty as to the suitability of the puppy for other purposes, including but not limited to showing or breeding. Seller recommends that the puppy be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months.

The warranties apply only to the original buyer and do not apply in the event the buyer transfers the possession or ownership of the puppy to a third party.

This document, including the warranty, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws and statues of the state of Iowa.

The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty shall be Iowa district court in and for North Lee county Iowa under a non jury proceeding.

All sales are final except as provided in the warranty described herein.

This little man is a Bug, or Love bug, that is a Boston terrier and a pug mix... He is a dark mahogany brindle, and is a sweet, loveable little boy. Born on June 3rd.

Between the storms and the hot, hot weather we are busy trying to keep up with everything.
Our area has been hit hard by several sever thunder storms and a few tornadoes. The stroms bring a little relief from the heat, but it seems like as soon as the storms are over the heat is worse. These are the joys of Iowa summers. :o)

This is Maggie, she is going to live in the Land of Lincoln, she can hardly wait to meet her new family. They are excited because she is a surprise for a little girl who has been wanting a puppy. Won't she be thrilled when her parents bring this cutie home?

It rained again last night, it seems that we have been having more rain than not lately. We have flooding around the area, no worries here at our place though. We are high and dry, if we flood all of the state of Iowa will be gone! At least it cools off nicely at night, it gives us all some relief.

This cute little guy, Jamie is going to have a new and loving home in Cedar Rapids Iowa! His new family is so excited and we are too. They are going to have years of fun together!

These darling Shih Tzus were born on May 14th too. They are super sweet and like all Shih Tzus are very laid back and cuddley. We would expect this litter to be in the 10 to 12 pound ranges when full grown. There are 3 girls and two boys, and all are still available at this time.
All of these sweet shih tzus have found new homes now..... please check with us about other puppies available....

Today was a busy day, bathing puppies and taking up dated pictures is BIG job. We had a beautiful day to do it, the sun was shining and there was a calm breeze. It was was a great day to be outside and play with the puppies.
